Soak I all up and wish you never had to return! Kabani has worked with farmers, fisher folk, and women entrepreneurs to create B&Bs in eight villages, involving 450 villagers. Kabani promotes participation in cultural programmes with the aim of a meaningful cultural exchange between guests and hosts.

Since 2005, Kabani Community Tourism and Services has been promoting a model that benefits local communities and reduces the negative impact of tourism. The Kerala based non-profit association promoted community tourism initiatives to create additional incomes for famers to help reduce farmer suicides.
