Decades of irresponsible tourism has caused immense damage to marine life at one of the world\\\'s most popular beaches, Maya Bay\\n
Your relaxing Thai holiday may have to be put on hold this holiday season. The Thai paradise of Maya Bay has temporarily closed its gates to tourists to save its sea. Starting June 1, 2018, Maya Bay will be shut till September 30 of this year for ecological recovery.
