The income generated from the homestay is mostly used for conserving and maintaining the forested land. No pesticides or chemical fertilisers are used for cultivation. The property does not allow guests to bring non-biodegradable or plastic waste. If guests do carry such items, they will have to take it back at the end of the visit.
